jToDoList

The jToDoList project is an exemplary ToDo List software built in Java. It's designed to work seamlessly with the popular AbstractSpoon's ToDoList for Windows. As an ardent user of ToDoList by AbstractSpoon, I wanted to manage my tasks via Linux as well. However, my efforts to run ToDoList on my Linux machine through wine didn't bear any fruit. That's when I decided to create a basic GUI that would enable me to edit XML-files with ease.

To work with jToDoList, you'll need a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.5 or later. This release brings about a complete rewrite of the application, utilizing the SWT rich client platform. It comes with several brand new features and improvements that make using it a delight.
