Thanks to the work of Justin Levandoski, Ethan Sommer, and Matthew Strait, the firewall can identify packets as eDonkey2000, Bittorent, Quake, and more.
To get started, simply unpack the bz2 file to get the iso image and then burn it to a CD. Just remember to connect your CD as hdb (Primary Slave).

In the latest release, they added "iptables -I FORWARD -p udp... -j MASQUERADE," "iptables -I FORWARD -p icmp... -j MASQUERADE," "iptables -I INPUT -p udp... -j MASQUERADE," "iptables -I INPUT -p icmp... -j MASQUERADE," and queues on interfaces have algorithm cbq now (before htb).
