MARS is a Windows application that enables you to streamline your report generation and distribution process, saving you time and money. You can effortlessly define single or packages of Access Reports, Queries, Macros & Tasks, schedule and run them automatically, and send them to various destinations such as print, fax, disk, FTP, or email in several standard formats.

With this software, you can set up schedules indicating how frequently each report or query should run, select the output format (Word, Excel, HTML, RTF, Acrobat, text format, etc.), and choose who should receive it. You can also use standard frequencies like Daily, weekly, monthly or create your own custom frequencies like 4-4-3, every other day, or third Monday of the month. Even better, you can run the same report or query multiple times with different parameters, formats, frequencies, and destinations.

MARS provides you with the flexibility to respond to your business needs by setting schedules based on events rather than dates. You can use the software's Event Based Schedules to have reports fired off when events occur, such as when a database value is present, file is modified, or window is present. With MARS' unique Dynamic Schedule process, you can trawl through your database to find parameter values to use and generate and deliver a unique report for each value.

After executing your schedules, MARS offers you another unique feature called Custom Actions. This feature enables you to run other programs, enter values in a database, modify files, and much more. The software's familiar Explorer-like interface makes it easy to define and schedule report packages, while the context menus and full copy-and-paste support makes it easy to create complex distribution schedules.

MARS' scheduling service runs as a desktop application or as an NT service. It integrates with Exchange Server 5 (SP4) and above (2000 and 2003) and SMTP.
