The NCP Secure Entry Client is a software that allows secure communication with any IPsec gateway, including Cisco, Juniper, and Microsoft. It works on any Windows operating system and offers numerous additional features. Supports both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows 10.
The NCP Secure Entry Client provides additional features such as an integrated Personal Firewall with location awareness, WiFi, and 3G Manager, offering complete safety to users. Authentication is possible with Pre-Shared Keys (PSK), One-Time Password (OTP) tokens or certificates (file certificates (PKCS#12), USB Tokens, Smartcards or Windows Certificate Store). Furthermore, the software incorporates biometric authentication to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing the VPN connection.
The software makes it easy to import VPN configuration files from different vendors, including PCF files, and supports easy domain authentication via VPN with its GINA/Credential Provider. The VPN client also guarantees no issues with overlapping networks or next-generation wireless cards.
Outgoing data from the client can be prioritized within the VPN tunnel, preventing traffic interruptions, ensuring Quality of Service (QoS) features, especially for VoIP traffic. Overall, the embedded cryptographic module has been validated as conformant to FIPS 140-2 (certificate #1051), making the software an easy-to-use, secure and accurate VPN solution.
