OLFolderSync

OLFolderSync is a software designed to synchronize any Microsoft Outlook folder, except for Drafts, Outbox, Sent Items, and Deleted Items, with other users. The synchronization process of the folders runs as a background task facilitated by OLFolderSync, enabling users to synchronize Outlook folders via the Internet without the need for both parties to be online at the same time.

Whenever a new item is created or modified in an Outlook folder, OLFolderSync automatically generates and sends a synchronization-email, a special e-Mail, containing the details of the item to specified users. The remote user's previously installed OLFolderSync add-in, which knows the target for the embedded item, automatically processes this synchronization-email.

Users can limit synchronization to specific Outlook categories and choose whether to include private items. However, all items labeled with "holiday" as the category will not be synchronized. Overall, OLFolderSync is a useful and practical tool that makes syncing Outlook folders effortless and seamless.
