Additionally, there are a few required Perl modules, including Filter::Util::Call (which comes with Perl 5.8.1), HTTP::Request, HTTP::Response, HTTP::Status, POE, POE::Component::IRC, Perl::Tidy, Storable (which also comes with Perl 5.8.1), Text::Template, Time::HiRes (included with Perl 5.8.1), and URI.
