PHULmonty is a software that integrates various functions to help businesses streamline their operations and manage customer relationships. Its features include Order Entry, Account and Payment Management, Order Invoices and Account Statements, a Real-time Sales Monitor, and Sales Reports by product, customer and sales representatives. The program also boasts a Call Center with issue management and reporting, product inventory management and system administration functions.

These functions are implemented using an “open” RDBMS as a data repository, giving users direct access to the data and database “views” for better data analysis, business, and customer relationship management. It is designed for use by small organizations that have a small number of users. PHULmonty utilizes MS Access for data storage and view management, while most of the “business rules” are implemented as database views (queries), thereby offering a high degree of flexibility without requiring program changes.

This open and extensible system has plans for implementing purchasing, time and billing, and other functions. It provides the benefits of an open relational database system with CRM functionality, without the relatively high cost of an enterprise-level system. PHULmonty can be used by larger organizations if it is upscaled to a more enterprise-oriented ODBC compliant RDBMS, and this scaling can be achieved with relative ease.

The demonstration version of PHULmonty allows for the use of all implemented functions but is limited by a time restriction. After the demonstration period, the user is required to obtain a full license.
