I recently tested out the latest version (1.8) of 1st_Tools, and was blown away by its capabilities. With over 60 scripts and extensions, this is a must-have tool for any ArcView user. What sets 1st_Tools apart is its ability to provide basic tools for working with point, line, and polygon themes, all in a single extension.
In addition to its core features, 1st_Tools also includes a plethora of other 'goodies' that make the user's life easier.
