Alive Task Manager

The Alive Task Manager is a software that simplifies task planning and organization. It has an array of features, such as creating a personal time-table, setting reminders for specific events, generating repeated tasks, and establishing rules for postponing tasks. The software has a tree-type structure that eases the allocation of tasks with corresponding attributes.

The software also allows users to create a variety of folders, such as business, personal, or employees, for placement of relevant tasks. The All Tasks folder displays all tasks created in the Alive Task Manager, which is convenient for searching and viewing.

Each task in the software is arranged in separate tabs with consolidated information. The Summary tab displays general information, such as header, start date and time, completion date and time, and notes. The Main tab provides basic information about the task, such as its title, priority, and state. The Additional tab has fields for more detailed task description, including task completion percentage, completion period, actual time spent, expenditures, type of restriction, web resources, and contacts. The Executives tab is for tasks that have a person in charge and one or several executives assigned to them.

Alive Task Manager offers the widest opportunities for task reminders and progress tracking. Users can preset reminders for any task in the program, and the software displays a reminder window at the desired moment. Using the software not only improves labor discipline but also increases labor efficiency.
