The source of the newest version of the software (0.22) is available, but it is not easy to compile. The source is available only about Amacdys core and disk builder and diffs to mp3blaster. To compile the software, you need to use chroot to Debian 1.3.1 to compile some of the libc5 binaries in libc6 based Linux (Redhat 6.2). Merely typing make won't get many things (if anything) compiled.
The latest release of the software includes manual config for images, and boot problems related to Syslinux 1.50 are fixed (provided that Syslinux 1.52 fixed them). Manual configuration is supported for the 1.44 and 1.72 versions. UDF is taken away from 1.44 and 1.72 images to make room. Additionally, Kiss has been added to the 1.44 version, since there was extra space, and the kernel was not compiled with more SCSI supports. This will be done in the near future.
The latest version of the software is fully LIBC5. Sndconfig and mp3Blaster are linked together, saving only 2 kilos of memory. Sndconfig is now pretty standard, except MIDI module loading and MIDI tests are now disabled. The software has also fixed sndconfig to get the --quiet flags working.
