I recently tested out the amaroK Last.fm tags script, which fetches your tags from Last.fm for artists, albums, and tracks. It's worth noting that this script only fetches your tags - it doesn't synchronize changes you make locally back to Last.fm. However, this feature should be coming in the future with the implementation of "labels" in amaroK 1.5.
Additionally, it's currently only possible to fetch tags for a selection within a playlist. The other context sub-menus provide helpful messages stating that this feature isn't implemented yet.
