CDmenu

CDmenu is a software that allows users to create a CD which installs or runs a variety of applications and associated files from a menu list. Users can select the item and click a button to start the program. The CDmenu format is very simple in that all the CDmenu files are placed on the root directory of the CD, and each program or file that users are going to install or run has its own directory or folder.

CDmenu has recently updated to version 3.0. After receiving useful feedback from previous CDmenu users, new features have been added that make CDmenu fully customizable and extend its use to all associated Windows file types. CDmenu can now run exe, zip, doc, xls, mpg, wav, mp3, html files, and more with their default associated application on your system.

The latest version of CDmenu has the following new features: maximum 1000 menu items that allow users to create large CD menu systems and support sub-folders that helps to organize CDs. Button text for all items can be customized, and display text can also be changed or removed. CDmenu supports the option to show boot splash screens that use your own image or logo for an eye-catching effect. Play boot WAV sound files can also be added, making use of your own audio file for boot sound. Overall, CDmenu is a powerful and user-friendly software that can be used to create professional-looking CDs with ease.
