Correct Identity feature enables users to easily choose the right identity while creating emails.
One of the standout features of Correct Identity is its ability to enumerate all identities when replying to messages. This means that not only the identities linked to the account, but also all other identities, are displayed for selection. Users can then easily choose the identity that matches the address at which they received the message.
In addition to the above features, Correct Identity allows users to specify aliases for identities. This feature is particularly helpful for resolving exactly the identity the user wants to choose.
Correct Identity runs on Mozilla 1.7.7 - 1.8+ ALL and Thunderbird 1.0 - 1.4 ALL. The latest version replaces 1.2 and includes various robustness fixes. It also comes with an options dialogue, which allows for a customizable default identity per account, customizable identity detection, and selection per account upon replying. Furthermore, Correct Identity supports aliases that resolve to identities.
