DocMANAGER

I recently had the pleasure of using 'DocManager' and found it to be an incredibly flexible and extensible three level document management VBA Add-In. The first level of the program contains the main index groups which are displayed as radio buttons. The best part is that a maximum of eight groups are allowed. The second level of 'DocManager' contains an unlimited number of sub-category documents groups which are displayed in a list box.

Now, let's talk about the third level. If you're like me, this level will be the most important as it contains the descriptions and document names (in brackets at the end) of the actual documents in each sub-category. These documents are easily accessible through a list box. This feature is particularly useful as it allows the user to preview, insert or open any document (.doc, .xml, .htm, .txt, etc.) with ease.

I was really impressed by the performance of large document structures while using the 'DocManager' software. It utilizes advanced dynamic data structures which ensure that the system is fast and efficient, even when handling a large volume of documents. During my testing, I noticed that the performance of this software was instantaneous (under 1 second) even when I was handling over 60 categories containing 5000 documents.

The 'DocManager Editor' is another noteworthy aspect of this software. From the main 'DocManager' window, the 'Edit' button leads you to a user-friendly editor. Creating and editing complicated document structures has never been this easy - all thanks to the 'DocManager Editor'!

To sum up, the 'DocManager' is a must-have VBA Add-In for anyone working on document management. I found this software to be incredibly flexible, user-friendly, with great performance and dynamic data handling capabilities.
