The software has a compressed filing structure similar to a traditional paper filing cabinet system, with cabinet-drawer-folder hierarchy. Moreover, users can add a title, text notes, value, dates and categorize them from a pre-defined list, with associated index keys. These index information, later on, can be used to quickly search or group documents, while also setting a date reminder for future action.
