fudp

Fudp is a straightforward and user-friendly UDP flooding utility that comes with some useful features such as source IP spoofing and land UDP attack. This program is currently supported on Linux and *BSD systems. The default setting for Fudp is to flood random destination ports on the target. But if necessary, users can specify the destination port by utilizing the [-p] flag.

Installation of Fudp is simple; to compile, just type "$ make" and the binary file will be named `fudp`.

To use the program, run Fudp with the necessary flags. This includes the following:
-1: sends a single datagram and exits
-p: specifies the destination port (default is random for each datagram)
-z: sets the datagram data size (default is ten)
-t: sets the Fudp life span in seconds

In addition, there are certain flags that are only accessible by root users:
-r: sets a random source IP for each datagram
-s: determines a specific source IP
-l: activates the land attack

What's new in the latest Fudp release? Some useless flags have been removed, such as the -b flag. Additionally, the default setting now floods random dports, and the source code has been significantly cleaned up. The second startup argument has also been changed from -d flag to the target.
