G.u.e.s.s.o

Guesso is a delightfully simple guess-the-number game that I have been playing for years. I was first introduced to it on my electronic translater (Atlas) device and was instantly drawn to its simplicity. However, I was unable to find a PC version of the game, so I took it upon myself to code it. As a programming beginner looking to improve my skills with Qt, Guesso served as the perfect project to help me learn.

Installation is straightforward. First, you need to compile Guesso. To do so, ensure that you have qt3-devel 3.3 or later installed and open the console. Then, input the following commands to compile the game: ./make-guesso. Assuming that all goes well, use the command: ./src/guesso to run the game. If you want to install it onto your computer, simply copy the game to any folder in your $PATH variable, such as /use/bin: su cp./src/guesso /usr/bin/guesso.

In the most recent version of Guesso, there are several new features to be excited about. The game is now translatable, as requested, with a brand new Arabic translation added. Additionally, there are improved install/uninstall scripts, code clean up, and some other smaller tweaks.
