Image Overlayer is a free and Java-based software tool that allows users to overlay transparent images on top of a list of background pictures with ease. This software is particularly useful for those who wish to add logos or watermarks on all their photos.
The base pictures are the background images on which the overlay image is added. Once you hit the Start button, each background picture is overlaid with one of the overlay images, iterating through the list.
