JxMaps is a Java library that allows you to incorporate Google Maps API effortlessly into your JavaFX or Java Swing desktop application. It is Chromium-based, eliminating the need for JavaScript integration, and helps enhance the functionality of your Java app.

Most Google Maps JavaScript API classes are encapsulated within Java wrappers in JxMaps. Therefore, users don't require any JavaScript knowledge to incorporate Google Maps into Java Swing desktop apps.
This software allows users to insert simple or styled maps, satellite images, and street view panoramas. Plus, obtaining geographic coordinates (Latitude and Longitude) from addresses, positioning on the map, building routes, and giving directions for multiple destinations is also possible. Transit, driving, cycling, and walking modes of transportation are all included.
In addition, JxMaps enables users to display a list of places based on the current location, present custom markers, shapes, and polylines, add information popups, and track events. JxMaps is a powerful and user-friendly solution for any Java Desktop application in need of Google Map integration.
