Libmorph

Libmorph is a software library that specializes in reading 3D mesh file formats that have been saved by Autodesk's 3D Studio and Newtek's Lightwave. The library's main function is to load and save 3D models known as 3D modeller object files. The loader is dynamically linked the moment the requested file format is recognized.

However, this software library is relatively new, so there is a chance that some features may not work correctly or at all. If you need a particular feature that is not available, you can always contact the developer through email, and they'll try to reprioritize their to-do list.

Currently, LibMorph supports only loading of the following formats:
- LWOB -- LightWave[TM]
- 3DS -- 3D Studio[TM]

In the future, the software library hopes to support even more file formats, such as:
- ? -- Alias Wavefront[TM]
- MAX -- 3D Studio Max[TM]
- DXF -- CAD?
- ? -- Maya[TM]
- ? -- Soft Image[TM]
- SVG -- XML, 2D vector files converted to 3D (via libart?) and much more.

This release of the software contains many new and exciting features, including drag and drop capabilities, an icon and foot menu entry, easier navigation, RH6.1 RPMS, and numerous bug fixes.
