Heroix Longitude's new features enhance monitoring and problem-solving capabilities. The update includes group features, more control and flexibility, customized reports, and improved dashboards for added resource visibility at enterprise and resource levels.
Heroix has improved the flexibility and command and control options when configuring Longitude, increasing both enterprise-wide visibility and providing views into individual and discrete activities. For example, marking multiple IT resources as offline can now be done with just a click or two.
Customization is a key component of this software, and Heroix has added new reporting capabilities, providing the ability to customize report schedules to suit any business need. With pre-determined report schedules, stakeholders can receive the right information at the right time and place, such as scheduling reports to update the Longitude portal or a company's Sharepoint portal with performance and availability information.
Heroix has also added new features to the Longitude dashboard. Notifications now appear individually, eliminating the need to drill deeper to identify issues present in a resource. These updates will help enterprises improve their IT resource monitoring and speed up IT problem resolution.
