This software extracts user-specified text entries and designated parts of an entry from one or multiple MS Access databases. All tables in the database are included in the extraction process. Access 2000 or a newer version is necessary.

With this software, you can extract all fields with just one click. Or, you can choose to extract data based on specific criteria. You can extract entire fields containing or not containing a user specified text string. Alternatively, you can extract all data between two user-defined character strings (x and y).
The software also provides a check box that allows inclusion of duplicates in the results. Once the extraction is complete, you can save the results as a text file or a comma delimited list. Alternatively, you can copy the results to the clipboard for pasting.
This software is user-friendly and simplifies the process of extracting large amounts of data from Access databases. All you need to do is to click a button, and the tool will extract the data you need.
