This Nautilus extension provides an easy way to convert FLAC files to another format. Currently, the extension only supports Ogg Vorbis, but MP3 encoding will be added in the near future. Once installed, a "Convert FLAC to Ogg..." menu item appears in the context menu of all FLAC files.
Clicking on this item opens a dialog where you can select the encoding quality. Upon clicking "Ok," the extension uses the Vorbis tools to convert the FLAC file to Ogg Vorbis.
To use this extension, you must have GTK+ version 2.4.x, Nautilus 2.6, and Vorbis Tools installed on your system.
The latest version of this extension includes several updates, including a port to gio from gnomevfs, a port to gtkbuilder, and the removal of the dependency on libglade.
