I recently had the opportunity to review Notes Organizer Deluxe and it is quite the flexible database management software. This program offers ready to use note management solutions that are sure to satisfy any personal or business needs. The notes manager feature helps you easily gather, organize, and manage all of your daily tasks, to-do items, and notes.
One of the features I really liked was the various templates available. You can choose from Note Book Simple, Notes Detailed, Journal, ToDo Organizer, and more. If none of the templates fully suit your needs, the Designer allows you to create your own custom one. The Notes Organizer is also exceptionally easy to use and intuitive, making it a snap to get started using the software right away.
In addition to the templates, the software comes bundled with database solutions for note management. Again, if the pre-existing solutions are not exactly what you need, custom database creation is simple and straightforward. Additionally, the program has a flexible search engine that can quickly locate any keyword or phrase within your notes database. Sorting notes entries based on any field such as note title, entry date, or category is also easy.
Copy-pasting between records or even different databases and using predefined templates makes it simple to add new entries. Note reports, note books, note cards, and more can be created with the Report Wizard. You can also save your settings to templates, making them easy to reuse for similar projects or notes.
The software has no limitations on the number of items you can add or the number of databases that can be managed. Each member of your organization can have separate accounts with unique note database solutions. The program is network-compatible as well. Additionally, there are over 100 other personal or business database solutions that can be used alongside this program.
