Desktop Org is a script applet that visually organizes icons on your desktop based on their label settings. It's a great way to manage Finder items, but unfortunately doesn't work in OS X due to the lack of support for labels in Finder.

Sharing is... is a freeware Finder Toolbar script applet for OS X 10.1 that enables sharing or unsharing of the current folder. It collaborates with the SharePoints prefPane or application.
