QSearchFolders enables automatic scanning of all versions of MS Outlook and simplifies Search Folder creation and management in any location on your Folder list. It facilitates email, contacts, tasks, and calendar searches.

These search folders contain virtual folders that present views of messages that could be located anywhere within the account. The Search Folders function enables users to locate messages or data based on their content or other relevant attributes such as the sender. This function provides a fast and convenient way of collecting email messages based on their content, rather than location.
One of the new features of Outlook 2003 is the ability to create search folders which can display all unread messages in all folders, or messages matching specific criteria. These folders automatically search the specified folders and update themselves when new data is added. Search folders are an integral part of MAPI, which is the database engine on which Outlook operates, and have been part of the MAPI definition since its inception in 1995.
Although search folders have been present in all versions of Outlook, they have lacked a user interface for creating them. However, all versions of Outlook utilize search folders within the extended search dialog, which creates a non-visible folder for this purpose. QSearchFolders operates with any personal folder files in an Exchange Server 2000 & 2003 environment, and with OLfolders for Microsoft Outlook networks. In summary, QSearchFolders is a valuable software that simplifies searching for and organizing email messages and other Outlook data based on specific criteria.
