FreeNet Speeder Lite optimizes any type of internet connection including modem, ADSL, cable, DSL, and LAN for improved performance. It enhances web browsing, online gaming, and file downloads while also stabilizing Internet Explorer.

What’s great about this software is that I can speed up my connection without any networking or communication background requirements. It detects my OS to indicate the best settings for my system, adjusts MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit), and MSS (Maximum Segment Size).
Additionally, it automatically detects the MTU for all networks along the path to a remote host, thus avoiding packet fragmentation and performance problems. It even detects bad routers (Black hole routers) that may prevent the MTU discovery procedure from being completed correctly.
The software also adjusts RWIN to the best size settings for my system and configures the TTL (Time To Live) value that defines how long a packet can stay active before being discarded. I can even configure Keep Alive Time and Keep Alive Interval values to prevent my connection from being automatically disconnected after an ideal connection.
In terms of security, this software offers protection against SYN Flood attack as well as protection against ICMP redirect attack.
But the features don't stop there - this software offers even more to help optimize my computer’s performance. I can configure the registry and initialization files of Windows for optimal performance, as well as the network interface card for the best performance. It even configures buffer IRQ for PCI cards and optimizes the configuration of Internet Explorer.
Lastly, I can configure cache cable and ADSL speed, and optimize the configuration of dial-up for connection access to the net. I highly recommend this software for anyone looking to speed up their internet connection and optimize their computer performance.
