SearARep

SearARep is a software that allows for table-driven searching and replacing. In line with your computer's storage capacity, you can set up conversion tables of any size, and SearARep executes individual commands within them in sequence. You can modify multiple files simultaneously or operate on an entire file structure by selecting a starting directory. SearARep never modifies your source data, but instead stores the newly generated files in a new directory structure.

The software's feature of invoking the program recursively with various conversion tables permits you to process even complex data structures. Over 50 script commands support you with the most diverse requirements, inclusive of output commands, arithmetic commands, string manipulation commands, an extensive set of date and time commands, searching features, conditions and comparisons, counting functions, file functions, and the ability to use (nearly) infinite variables. Furthermore, special "system variables" allow for querying of program internal functions.
