Staff Manager is an amazing software that can help you store general and emergency contact details, wage rates, performance evaluations, reminders, notes, and company-specific information. The software allows you to access scanned documents and separation data of former employees with ease. Moreover, there are many employee and staff reports that you can generate using Staff Manager.

However, if you require more advanced functionality and reports, then you must upgrade to Staff Files. With Staff Files, you can keep track of various other aspects of employee records, such as benefits, training, time-off accruals (vacation and sick time), and workplace incidents. Staff Files has even more reports and reminders that you can avail yourself of.

To ensure additional security, Staff Files enables you to set username and database passwords. The software also allows you to store unlimited amounts of staff records, depending on your needs. Upgrades to Staff Files begin at a reasonable price of only $149 for a single-user license.

Staff Files Pro is an even more powerful software that helps you manage the records of your staff. The software contains an Audit Trail, which records and tracks all actions performed by users, and an HR Documents tool.
