I recently had the opportunity to use a software solution called the Tracker, and I must say it is quite comprehensive. The Tracker boasts the ability to capture and track intake information and data, but that's not all. It also has features that enable users to store, retrieve, and report on paired tests and Education & Outreach Training sessions.

What's more, the Tracker allows you to link your paired tests to a specific intake, which can help you keep things organized. One of the most impressive features, however, is its advanced reporting engine. It offers reporting capabilities that were once only imagined by FHIPs.

For those who are interested in more advanced searches, the Tracker comes with a built-in Visual Query Builder and offers SQL searches. Another feature that can be helpful when working with specific cases is the ability to attach documents to the intakes. This allows all files related to a specific case to be easily accessible.

For organizations that may not have the funds to purchase the full version, a freeware version is available upon request for 501c3 organizations. And to top it off, the Tracker now includes spell check. Overall, the Tracker is an impressive software solution that could be a valuable asset to organizations looking for a comprehensive system for capturing, tracking, and reporting.
