TrayText

TrayText is a user-friendly software that allows you to access your frequently used autotext items (or boilerplate text) with just one click. It's a great solution, especially if you often work with various applications like e-mail, databases or desktop publishers, where your autotext items may not be conveniently accessible.

To use TrayText, simply left-click the TrayText icon in your System Tray, and a menu of your stored text items will appear. From there, select the desired item to have it automatically 'typed' into the application you're using. The software also supports using key combinations so you can keep your hands on the keyboard at all times.

TrayText can store text items of up to 32k each, and it even has a Spike feature, allowing you to collect different text from various applications and insert them into one document or application.
