TwoLAME

TwoLAME is a highly optimized MPEG Audio Layer 2 (MP2) encoder that is based on tooLAME, created by Mike Cheng. This encoder is based on the ISO dist10 code and includes portions of LAME to provide an unparalleled audio compression experience. One of the most beneficial features of TwoLAME is libtwolame, a fully thread-safe shared library with an API that is strikingly similar to LAME's. This similarity makes it incredibly easy to port your existing projects to TwoLAME.
