I recently had the opportunity to test out WorkRoll, a comprehensive bug tracker that offers much more than just bug tracking. The newest version, 2.62.3, now includes the ability to collect external feedback from users who don't have accounts on the system, making it perfect for collecting beta feedback on websites or software applications.
I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of installation - the Windows installer took less than five minutes to complete, and there is also the option to download a WAR file for other systems. The best part is that both installation and use are fully web-based, so there's no need for any additional software installations.
