Moreover, it supports multi-lingual communication and interaction with managed devices using any of the three versions of the SNMP protocols in a single session.
AdventNet SNMP Utilities also supports SNMPv3 and is compliant with RFC 3411, 3412, 3413, 3414, and 3415. Besides compliance, it supports co-existence, notification filtering, and proxy forwarding under RFC 2573 and 2576.
AdventNet SNMP Utilities comprises various tools designed to communicate and interact with any SNMP-enabled device, including the MibBrowser, SNMP Decoder, Trap Viewer, Proxy Forwarder Configuration tool, WebServer and SAS Server, Proxy Forwarder, and i18NEditor. Both the MibBrowser and TrapViewer are available as applications and applets. While the applications can be used as standalone executables, the applets can be remotely accessed via a web browser with the Java plug-in.
