Easy Code Signing simplifies code signing for developers by eliminating the repetitive process of entering the same information multiple times. Unlike Visual Studio's Microsoft Tools, this software only needs to be notified of the Timestamp url for efficient code signing.
Moreover, once you sign an application, the program retains the location of the signed file. If you need to sign the file again, you merely select the file from the dropdown menu and click sign, provided that the file remains in the same place with the same name. The features of Easy Code Signing are time-saving and efficient. The software keeps all of your products in a database so it can quickly resign a program that has been recompiled. Once the program is set up, all you need to do in the future is answer three questions to sign a file - application name, information URL, and the file to sign.
The first time you run the program, it will ask for the location of the sign tool, certificate, and timestamp URL. You won't have to answer those questions again until something changes. Easy Code Signing supports both Signcode and Signtool, and the command-line can be used with either file or application name for applications already entered.
To use Easy Code Signing, all you need is Signcode or Signtool and Windows 98 or later. The software saves time and makes code signing a hassle-free process.
