A no-cost Cocoa-based program that allows users to capture and annotate screenshots.
The process is simple: just press the HocusFocus hot-key combination (which you can set in the preferences panel) on your keyboard (default: cmd + shift + 5). The screen will grey-out resembling the Expos. You can then click and drag over the specific area you want to capture and highlight it. Once you're done, the screen goes back to normal.
At this point, your desired screenshot is already in the pasteboard (clipboard), ready to be pasted into any application that can handle images.
With HocusFocus, you don't need any additional software for annotating and sending screenshots. It's a great tool for anyone who frequently takes screenshots and wants to streamline their workflow. Give it a try and see how it can improve your work efficiency!
