Multiplayer Checkers

Checkers is a two-player game in which your aim is to capture your opponent's pieces and become victorious. The game provides you with an 8x8 chessboard, and each player will have 12 pieces initially placed on the dark spaces of the 3 rows closest to their side. Before your pieces reach the closest row to your opponent, they can only move forward.

During your turn, you can click on a piece to move it one step forward diagonally to an empty dark square or capture an opponent piece by jumping over it and moving to the next empty dark square behind it. The squares that are available for moving the piece will be highlighted in red, and you can select any of those squares to move the piece.

You need to complete your moves within the given time limit, which is indicated by the timer on the screen, or you will lose. Additionally, you can make consecutive jumps to capture multiple opponent pieces in a single move. You must capture all available opponent pieces whenever possible.

If one of your pieces reaches the kings row on the opponent's side, it will be crowned with the title "king." This king piece will gain the ability to move diagonally forward and backward.

The game is won when you capture all of your opponent's pieces, or your opponent cannot make any legal moves. If neither side can force a win, you can request a draw by clicking on the "Declare Draw Game" button on the right of the screen. If your opponent agrees, the game will end in a tied state.
