Outlook Encryption enables users to send and receive encrypted emails with others running Outlook Encryption, thanks to automatic attachment encryption, total passphrase privacy, and a password book feature. Additionally, Outlook Encryption uses symmetric encryption to maintain security.
Sending encrypted messages with Outlook Encryption is easy. Simply click the Encrypt button after typing your message and inserting your attachments. Outlook Encryption will prompt you to enter a pass phrase to encrypt your message. The recipient will need the same pass phrase to read your message. Any attachments inserted in your message will also be automatically encrypted.
Decrypting received encrypted messages is also easy. There is a free plug-in reader available that allows you to enter a pass phrase when prompted, and the mail will decrypt in your inbox. This software also includes a password book that stores pass phrases you have used to encrypt messages or to decrypt messages from specific users. However, this will only happen if you set the option, "Remember pass phrase in my password book" while entering the pass phrase.
Finally, suppose you send or receive encrypted messages frequently with the same sender. In that case, you can select the option, "Remember Pass Phrase in your Password Book." This feature associates your pass phrase with the sender, enabling future encrypted messages to or from them to be encrypted automatically, without prompting you to enter the pass phrase again. In summary, OMNIQUAD Outlook Encryption is an encrypting software product, offering ease of use with encryption and decryption and an efficient password book feature.
