PaletteConverter is a tool that easily converts between different palette formats including GIMP, Adobe Photoshop, Fractint and Microsoft. It can also generate .gif images of the palettes.

PaletteWB generates, edits, and applies color palettes and gradients with support for indexed images beyond 8bit to 65536 colors or continuous mapping. It allows users to filter, reorder, and convert color palettes accordingly.
