AFU Form Submit

As someone who frequently needs to gather extensive user information, I found that Auto FollowUp (AFU) often came up short. While it provides five customised fields, sometimes information such as phone numbers, addresses, cities, and credit card details need to be collected outside of a customised field. That's where this script really shines.

With this script, users can create any form they need with as many fields as necessary. Once that form is filled out, the contents are then emailed to the user, and the relevant information is automatically inserted into the AFU.

Getting started with this script is easy. Simply add some hidden fields to the form, such as the name of the list to add the user to, and the name of the fields that need to be inserted into AFU. The script takes care of everything else.
