The software preserves the formatting of captured text and allows users to copy it to clipboard, edit it as plain text or rich text, add text to a notes file, send text by email, print captured text, and more.

Additionally, users can capture any part of their screen with ease and conveniently preview, copy, view, edit, print, or save the picture. Capture Assistant also includes a color picker that allows users to click on any pixel on screen to identify color.
