The FTP and Download Manager software is a must-have tool for those involved in web development or those who frequently move files online. This all-in-one application offers browser integration, clipboard monitoring, upload/download resume capabilities, and firewall/proxy support.

One of the standout features for me was the ability to transfer entire directories with just one click. It also has an easy drag and drop function and many other helpful tools. But what really sets this software apart is its ability to split files into chunks and download them simultaneously, drastically speeding up download times.
Managing downloads is made easy with the option to schedule them for later, perform recursive downloads, uploads, and deletes, as well as being prompted for file overwrites and preserving file date and time. The software also includes a favorites list, similar to that of Internet Explorer, and has background transfers, timeout features, and the ability to delete to the Recycle Bin.
There are additional features, including port numbers and passive mode file transfers that allow users to perform batch downloads from the internet. Users have the option to manually add remote file names to the queue or let the software capture clicks from their browser. And with multithreading support, traffic regulation, and auto login into secure sites, this is a comprehensive software.
Other added features include HTTP/FTP/SOCKS proxy support, categorization of downloaded files, a handy download scheduler, and full logging support. Overall, I highly recommend this software for anyone looking for efficient and simple management of their downloads and website updates.
