I recently had the opportunity to try out FreeMED, a powerful Web-based medical records (EMR) and patient management system that has a lot of features to offer. One thing that stood out to me was the printing system, patient scheduling, HL7 interface, billing system, XML-RPC Web services and many other enhancements that can streamline your practice's workflow.
