MailsDaddy Lotus Notes to Office 365 Migration software facilitates seamless migration of data such as contacts, calendars, emails, tasks, journals, and more from Lotus Notes to O365 primary or archive folder with ease and user-friendliness.

This tool can easily migrate a single NSF mailbox data item into the cloud platform. However, to perform multiple NSF to O365 migrations, a CSV file is required. This file should include User file path, User-Name, and Password details appropriately. The tool also offers an Impersonate Export option, which enables an admin or a user with impersonate rights to export the NSF data into O365 with the help of a CSV file and export the data directly into the Primary and In-Place Archive folder. For Impersonate Export, there is no need to have a password field in the CSV file.
The tool also comes equipped with many advanced features that make the migration process simple and quick for Lotus Notes users. It provides various export options (Export all data, export selected data, Import contacts only, import calendars only), date filter, exclude “All” folder, PST export option, etc. The tool saves individual emails in EML and MSG format as per requirements.
For those interested in trying the tool, a demo version is available that allows users to export the first 20 data items of each NSF mailbox file to Office 365. This version is free and offers a chance to explore the tool’s features.
