iziTime is a spreadsheet-based work planning application that aids in effectively managing job schedules from a monthly or weekly perspective.

This software is suitable for any kind of job or work, including factory workers, office workers, night workers, freelancers, business owners, student jobs, associations, and more. The app offers various features such as overtime management, multi-planning, weekly schedules, two types of plannings, printable timesheets, export in CSV and JSON format, night time management, calculation of effective working time, customisable paid hours coefficient, and multi-languages.
Entering your attendance times is quite easy. Just click on your schedule and enter the relevant box for your arrival time, departure, or breaks. You can enter your actual or planned hours. It's even possible to very quickly and accurately track your time records by launching iziTime when arriving and leaving your job.
Need to enter comments for a day? Simply drag the attendance hours entry screen to the left, and you can enter notes for each day, such as leave, RTT, project management, and more.
IziTime also allows you to manage the hourly slump (coefficient) efficiently. All you need to do is activate the 'Hourly coefficients' option on your schedule, and you can enter coefficients (bonus/penalty) for each day, such as Sunday paid at 200% or 90% (case of the 'abattement' for ambulance).
Finally, printing your timesheet is effortless. Go to your monthly timesheet, then the menu, and select print. You can print your schedules on paper or PDF (Google Cloud Print printer required).
