Organize tasks, notes, and reminders with ease using software that also enables the reordering of items via drag and drop. Users can archive old tasks, print or export lists, and carry everything on a USB drive. Multiple tasks can be added or edited simultaneously, with customizable options and the ability to import data.

One of the standout features of Simple To-Do List was its ability to reorder tasks easily and to batch edit and add tasks. I appreciated how the software also had clipboard support, allowing me to cut/copy/paste tasks as needed. In addition, I could use only the columns I needed, choosing from options such as Priority, Task Type, Due Date, Start Date, Completion Date, Context, Status, Percent Done, Time Estimate, Time Spent, and Task ID. There were even customization options and the ability to create custom priorities and task types.
Simple To-Do List also included an archive for deleted tasks, making it easy to recover any accidentally deleted items or view the history of deleted tasks. Additionally, I was able to deploy the software to a USB thumb-drive for added convenience.
I found that the software's printing and exporting options were simple and effective, with the ability to export to HTML or CSV formats. There was even support for importing CSV (comma separated) files. Plus, global hotkeys for adding a task or showing my to-do list made it easy to access the software quickly.
Overall, Simple To-Do List was the perfect combination of features, flexibility, and simplicity. It was very easy to use but not too simple, making it a great option for anyone looking for a task list organizer that can handle notes and reminders in a pragmatic, simple, and elegant manner. If you're looking for a straightforward yet effective to-do list management tool, I highly recommend giving Simple To-Do List a try!
