Retrieve esub nym messages from alt.anonymous.messages newsgroup with ease.
These nym servers can receive anonymous mails through the mixmaster remailer network and provide a reliable mail address where mails will be posted to the alt.anonymous.messages newsgroup. The content will be encrypted using the user's PGP key and a passphrase, and the subject can be chosen by the user. Additionally, users can use encrypted subjects which encrypt the subject using a cipher feedback algorithm, ensuring that only someone with the key can see that the messages belong together.
aamFetch is particularly useful when using encrypted subjects, as it enables users to specify as many subjects and Subject/ESub combinations as they like. This software also allows users to download and discard all other messages to prevent the NNTP server admin from knowing about the user's messages. Users can also limit foreign messages by size or choose to download only a certain percentage of messages using a SHA1 PRNG algorithm for randomness.
To meet everyone's needs, aamFetch offers both a simple and advanced configuration interface. The messages are stored in .mbox format for easy importing into the user's email program, and a simple mbox viewer is included for those who don't have an mbox-capable email program.
Overall, aamFetch is an effective software for people who need to send and receive anonymous messages and want to keep their identity private.
