The Bugdom is the setting of the game and was once a peaceful place ruled by Rollie Pollies and Lady Bugs. However, the Bugdom was overthrown by the clan of Fire Ants, who captured all of the Lady Bugs and are holding them prisoner. The new king of the Bugdom is King Thorax, who leads the Fire Ants. To return the Bugdom to its peaceful state, King Thorax must be defeated.
You play as Rollie McFly, the only surviving bug who can save the Lady Bugs and restore peace to the Bugdom. You start from the Lawn area of the Bugdom and must travel a long way to reach the Ant Hill, where you must have a battle with King Thorax. Along the journey, there are many obstacles, including water to cross, bugs to ride, and enemy forces to defeat.
Bugdom offers many exciting features to players. There are over 23 different bugs and enemies, 10 huge levels, and realistic 3D action. You can swim, jump, ride bugs, swing on ropes, and explore bee hives and ant hills. A CD-quality soundtrack accompanies the game, providing an immersive experience for players.
The only limitation of the game is that it runs in a Demo mode until a registration code is purchased.
