This Firefox add-on lets you create personalized toolbar buttons.
First, head to the View menu, and select Add new Button. From there, you'll need to fill in the Name and Code fields. Remember that you can skip the Image field if you want to use a standard image for your button.
Next up is the Initialization code. This code will run once at start-up, and every time you recreate a custom button. If you want to leave this field empty, that's perfectly fine too. Just keep in mind that if you check the "Enable initialization in 'Customize Toolbar' dialog" box, the code will run every time you open the Customize Toolbar dialog.
When you're done with your customization, head back to the View menu and select Toolbars - Customize. Here, you'll see your new button - simply drag it to the toolbar of your choice, and you're all set!
One great thing about the Custom Buttons add-on is that it's cross-platform, so you can use it on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. All in all, this is a fantastic extension that can make your browsing experience smoother and more efficient. Give it a try!
