This is a Java-based software that allows players to participate in a multiplayer card game online.
Currently, network play is supported with an IP address from your adversary. However, with the upcoming client/server option, hosting and connecting to game servers will be made straightforward. The game primarily operates on Magic: The Gathering, yet it is flexible enough to accommodate rules for other card games.
Firemox's standout feature is its ability to parse game rules that are defined in a human-readable XML file. MP picks up these rules files and often determines turn structure, card types, colors, and more to keep a fair game for both parties. This means that cheating is entirely eliminated for fair gameplay. Also, to ensure that no player forgets anything during the game, Firemox provides regular reminders as all rules are managed by MP.
